After making reservations a month in advance, we finally made it to Pizzeria Bianco. The wait time is literally hours to get in and eat (what Oprah calls) "The best pizza in the US!" I'm not sure if we had hyped it too much, but needless to say we were disappointed. The flavors are good, great even, but not worth waiting in line for 5 hours on a Tuesday night to eat. (We felt bad for the sad couple who had been waiting since 4:00 to eat and were told to come back at 9...) Anyway, we all agreed that Pizzeria 712 (in Provo) is much better without a wait.
